Some you may have bumped into in garden centres such as tarragon or chamomile. Some of the commonest herbs masquerade as vegetables ~ I’m sure you’ve heard of garlic?
Then there are the beautiful scented herbs like Lavender which adorns many gardens.
But their names will be familiar but may be less so their stories. Yes! There are tales to tell about them … not just about how they grow and whether they taste good to eat. Did you know that Rosemary has always been considered to improve your memory!
